:: Ron Ruloff ::

     Hi! I'm Ron Ruloff, I produce Radio Free Brooklyn, which has been on the air since 2004, here at VCAM. I have a long record of free speech activism, high-lighted perhaps by my lawsuit against the Veterans Administration from 1989-90, which sought certiori to overturn the ban on suing the military, the VA being considered a part of the military. Justice Thurgood Marshall gave me permission to proceed with it, but there were not enough other votes from the Supreme Court to have it heard.
     In 2010 a show of mine was pulled by VCAM management, without informing me, at the request of the Vermont Attorney General, because supposedly it contained privileged information. The information that it contained was perjury by state witnesses in a Family Court matter. It was pulled on the agreement by the incompetent counsel on retainer by VCAM, and in direct violation of VCAM's free speech policy. This decision, ex-parte so to speak, caused me a great many problems, legally and otherwise. The AG's case was so poor that it ended with a consent agreement, not even a court order because the AG's case was easily shown to be contrived and supported only by falsified documentation and perjury.
     Please vote for me to change this policy of censorship at VCAM, and to put the producers in charge of the lawyers, instead of the way it is now. Take care and God Bless!!
