Other items include the Arthaud lease payment for Lot 128, Thompson's Point; appeal of ZBA decision ZBA-15-06-CU (Application of Edgewater, LLC for Conditional Use Approval for Event Facility at 1046 Ethan Allen Highway); certificate of highway mileage; Notice of Conveyance of Municipal Real Estate and Quit Claim Deed to release Open Space Agreements on Lot 9 of Lawrence Krasnow subdivision, allowing conservation by Vermont Land Trust; and preparation for Town Meeting. Upcoming items include Thompson's Point Agricultural Lease, Thompson's Point Wastewater Budget, Land maintenance and brush-hogging RFPs, and Notice of Vacancies on Town Board/Committees and Appointed Positions. The board renews liquor licenses and Thompson's Point leases.

They then discuss an amendment to the Salary Administration Policy for employee grievance process, and have a budget review.

The board spends the first hour reviewing policy issues for a potential village wastewater system. They then conside ra request for a Highway Access Permit for a driveway on Higbee Road to serve an approved building lot by Michael and Barbara McGinnis, a letter to VTrans regarding transportation policy associated with hazardous material storage and crossings, and then accept a grant from the Dept. of Forests, Parks and Recreation for Commemorative Tree Planting. They then review budgets, and the Trails Committee was skipped because they were unable to attend. See chapters list for individual budget items.They then discuss the staff hours of the Town Planner and the Zoning Administrator for 2017, approve a proposal for the Thorpe Barn repair, and discuss documents for the Hinsdale/Preston project.
