This episode teaches the proper way of eating breakfast. Breakfast should be a meal assisting to eliminate the food eaten the night before. The major goal for every morning is to defecate to welcome in lunch and dinner into a new environment. Through the practice of these routines people will be able to accomplish their goal of having more energy and strength.
