The Vermont Donut Enterprises III, LLC application is reopened for an amendment to an existing conditional use and site plan approval.

This is followed by a discussion of a design review application for a single-family mobile home on Shelburnewood Drive by The Commons at Shelburnewood, LLC and Scott Meade. The Shelburne Historic Preservation and Design Review Commission recommends approval of the application, and Scott Meade represents himself.

After Bonnie MacGregor's Falls Road application is continued, the board hears more about the Vermont Day School project from the founder and head of the non-profit. The motion is made to continue this discussion as well before approving the conditional use and site plan. 

Finally, a discussion of the setback cutting plan for the Willard Jackson (Shelburne Point) subdivision approval for properties on Lands End Lane. Representatives speak, including an attorney, civil engineer, and the property owner, Jeff Jackson.
