In the beginning of this week's City Council business, the council discusses allowing an outside consumption permit for Bar Antidote. Moving forward, they decide on a City Council meeting time for a later date, then talk about the request for water tower funds from the Vergennes Partnership. A representative from Vermont Gas joins the council to discuss a license agreement before a delegate is designated for the VLCT Annual Business Meeting. Continued conversation is held on the Sidewalk Inventory and Improvement Plan, before working into the Winter Parking Ban Ordinance and resurfacing of the tennis courts. Amendments to the agenda include the Swimming Pool Inspection, Certificate of City Clerk Appointment, and Certificate of No Appeal Suit Pending. The meeting is finished with the City Manager's report, followed by the Mayor's Report.
