Kay talks with Phelan Fretz, Executive Director of ECHO, the Lake Aquarium and Science Center at the Leahy Center for Lake Champlain.

They discuss the special summer exhibit titled HOW PEOPLE MAKE THINGS.  They show “hands on” examples of cutting, molding and assembly which are part of the exhibit. The young folks will also be able to take home their creations.

The exhibit is being sponsored in part by the Mr Rogers Neighborhood Foundation. Phelan  describes how Mr Rogers was a trail blazer for early education for pre-school youngsters and reads some of his favorite Mr Rogers quotes.

They also mention  the Northfield Savings Bank movie on Space which is in 3 D and Round Sound.
