Jesse French (aka "King of Nowhere") is a Vermont native currently exploring the music scene in New York City. He returned in December, 2015 and performed live in the VCAM studios. Here he sings his adaptation of the traditional Irish ballad "As I Roved Out".

Jesse plays a Fender baritone Telecaster, often with open tunings, through a Line 6 M-13 pedalboard, into a Fender Blues Jr.

Ken set up three small lights in the studio and filmed with the new DJI Osmo camera. The Osmo uses a 3-axis stabilization gimbal to produce ultra-smooth motion shots. Audio was recorded in Apple Logic through the Rode NT-2 microphone.

Produced with facilities provided by Vermont Community Access Media (VCAM).
