This meeting's Town Manager's Report included updates on Shelburne Bay dredging, Water Commission business, and the DRB Coordinator search. There was a report from the Recreation Commission and a discussion of Shelburne’s property taxes and reappraisal process and timeline. A public hearing was held on Shelburne's Capital Improvement Plan with a presentation by Peter Frankenburg, and it was concluded with the adoption of the plan. A brief discussion of potential changes to the Town Charter that would change the Town Treasurer position from an elected one to an appointed one. The board enters executive session, but before the break there is some discussion on the decision at hand, with comments from a member of the public. The board reassembles to approve five more items with brief comment.
