Walk Like A Post-Human: Katheryn Wright
Producer:
Posthuman theories ask us to rethink our relationships with nonhumans, technology, and the environment. Katheryn Wright has taken up walking as a non-representational research strategy and creative practice in order to recognize the more-than-human connections between bodies, place, design, information, biopower, and pedagogy. This lecture will outline different strategies we can all use to walk like a posthuman. ABOUT THE SPEAKER Katheryn Wright is an Associate Professor of Interdisciplinary Studies at Champlain College.
